Harbortown

“The ocean stirs the heart, inspires the imagination
and brings eternal joy to the soul.”
–Wyland
We
only had 40 miles to travel today so we enjoyed a slow morning with coffee on
the aft deck while the sun painted the sky in beautiful pastel colors. It's
moments like these that we really love being on the water. We are back in Ft.
Pierce docked just down from The Pearl.
The last time the two boats will be together...I wish we were close enough for
a group picture.
It
was a beautiful day and a Sunday so the waterway was very busy...we could see at least ten boats around us at all times. We literally passed hundreds of small
boats today with people enjoying the water, fishing or picnicking on small
islands in the area. Once we arrived at the marina we had a list of things to
get off of The Pearl. The most important
being all the clothes I left in the hanging locker! I knew packing the car a
few weeks ago was too easy. We've been keeping a list the last ten days of
things we needed to pick up...I hope we haven't forgotten anything this time.
We won't see The Pearl again till the
end of the year when we head to the Keys.
The dolphins have been incredible this year...up to six swimming with us at a time. I can't remember seeing this many dolphins before. So I just had to add another picture.Texas Pearl
