"The sea, once it casts its spell, holds one in
its net of wonder forever."—Jacques Cousteau

Sept. 1 - Waterford, NY

Bike Tour
Canal Visitor Center Dock

We spent the day touring the area on our bikes. We were joined by Laura and Bill from Kindred Spirit III, Barbra and David from Memory Maker too and Wayne from Envoy. The seven of us rode to Troy and wandered through their farmers market; from there we rode across the Hudson River and along a nice bike path to Albany. We toured the capitol grounds, rode through the waterfront and had lunch at The Ole English Pub. We enjoyed the ride, the weather and the company of everyone. The round trip was about 30 miles. To say the least we were all a bit tired when we returned.
