"The sea, once it casts its spell, holds one in
its net of wonder forever."—Jacques Cousteau

Day 106 - 4th of July Weekend
Bahia Bleu Marina

Savannah puts on the Great American Weekend for the 4th...with arts and crafts, music, contests, food and fireworks. We spent most of the day on River Street looking at craft booths, enjoying the music and watching people.

Our marina houses 100 boats or more in a large building. All an owner has to do is call and let the marina know when they want to use their boat and they take the boat out and put it in the water for them. The best part of this deal is when they return, the owner gets out of the boat and the marina does everything else. They gas it up, clean it up and put it away. As you can imagine it's been very busy this weekend. It was very entertaining watching these people bring their boats in this evening.

They move these boats around like little toys. Here they are putting one of the boats away.
