“Finding your way doesn't

It’s official…papers have
been signed and money exchanged, we’re the new owners of a 1981 48’ Hatteras to
be known as Texas Pearl. I can finally
just be excited! Here are a few pictures of how she looks right now. She’s in
wonderful condition…all she really needs is a good cleaning, but I look
forward to redecorating a little and making her feel like our home.
Update: here's a link to some of the upgrades we've done.

You are brave to live on a 30' sailboat...we started as sailboat people, but I knew I wanted more space. No matter what size boat you're on though...living on the water is wonderful.
DeleteBrave, crazy.....it could go either way!!.We had to start somewhere, but I'm sure we will be moving up soon! ;) ......Yes, we love our life afloat!!!
DeleteWe are so happy for you! We've had a 48' Jefferson for 16 years, love it! The extra 12' is going to make a big difference. We boat shopped for 2 years; first time seeing a boat with no furniture. Open slate for you!
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful cruise back to TX!
I love your H48. This looks like a great boat on which to continue your adventure. Good luck and best wishes.
