"Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony."―Mahatma Gandhi

We had another short day planned so we had time to enjoy coffee on our aft deck again...this could become a nice habit. Today we went down the ICW and took a right into Stuart and the beginning of the Okeechobee Waterway, from here to Fort Meyers will be all new cruising ground for us. When we came through in 2011 we went down to the Keys and back up the east coast.

We begin the Okeechobee tomorrow, today we took a little detour up the North Fork St. Lucie River to visit a couple who own another 48' Hatteras. Bob has been very helpful the last few months answering all of Stan's questions and sharing a lot of knowledge about the boat. We docked at their yacht club around 2:00 and spent the rest of the day visiting with Bob and Gail. After touring our boat they were kind enough to take us to a few stores for supplies, then we had happy hour at their condo and dinner at a little local Italian restaurant. It was great getting to meet them and we hope to see them again soon.
