Today was spent visiting with friends. Pam and Donny on Gallivant have been here since Wednesday. The Texas sailboat Why Knot, that we met in Maine, came in yesterday and early this morning...very early, friends on Amici and Exuberant arrived. It must be fall...everyone is beginning to head south. We walked over to Utches Marina after lunch and visited with Howell and his little dog Scurv, they will be heading back to Texas soon.
Late this afternoon we got together with Ted, Sally, Burt, Prue, Donny and Pam and checked out a few local hangouts near the beach. We had a great time catching up on where we've been this summer and what our next adventures will be. Tomorrow we'll all head up the Delaware Bay, through the C & D Canal and back into the Chesapeake Bay.
