"The sea, once it casts its spell, holds one in
its net of wonder forever."—Jacques Cousteau

May 19 - Belhaven, NC

Deep Point - Anchorage

We are moving up the ICW in the northern part of North Carolina...my least favorite waterway from Port Lavaca, TX to Canada. It was a nice day, a little overcast, but that kept us cool. Most of our day was through larger bodies of water, so there really wasn't a lot to see. Our plan was to stay at the free dock in Belhaven, but when we got there it was marked as reserved...so we moved on to an anchorage off the Pungo River and spent the evening relaxing. This life can be so stressful!
