Sept. 15 - Cambridge, MD

Day 181 – Blue Norther
Cambridge Municipal Yacht Basin

We took advantage of the nice morning to run a few errands. We rode our bikes to the grocery store and we stopped at a few other stores we saw. We browsed through a huge Antique Store…found a few interesting things, but nothing we really needed.

By the middle of the afternoon the winds picked up and we were glad we were in a marina. The sky turned dark and the wind was crazy. We rocked more from this front than we did during the hurricane. It was a wild ride for most of the evening. We had wind gusts of 50 mph. We might have to put on jeans in the morning.

Cambridge is having their 6th annual Summer Send-Off street festival Saturday, with blues, brews and barbecue. They’ll have sidewalk sales and wacky relay races down the street. So it looks like a fun weekend.
